Bobby purchased Bay City Abstract  in 1992 and brought with him extensive knowledge of the history of countless Matagorda County families and the land layout of the county and surrounding area. Bobby has become a pillar of the community since his return to Bay City from Austin by serving on many boards; including those of Matagorda County Economic Development, Bay City Economic Development, Boys and Girls Club, Rotary Club, Sons of the Republic of Texas, and Matagorda Hospital Foundation.  In his leisure time, Bobby enjoys attending live music events as well as playing his various guitars and the keyboard.

Teri began her title career with Bay City Abstract in 1983.  While her career started as a general typist, she has since mastered all tasks involved in the title industry; including bookkeeping, closings, title examination, office management, and other administrative duties. Teri enjoys spending time with her two adult married children and her two grandsons. She loves classic country music from the 70’s-90’s era and exploring the outdoors.

Mindy joined the company in July of 2014.  In addition to having a ready smile and cheerful greeting when welcoming our clients, she’s also got a feisty personality that keeps our office in line. She is commonly referred to as our Chaos Coordinator! Mindy is married, has an adult son and bonus daughter, and has two young and very active daughters still at home. Mindy and her husband Chad enjoy camping and family time with their children and two grandchildren.

Kaci’s been with the team since December 2015. She brings a special lightheartedness to the office atmosphere. Kaci is often described as quiet, but spunky and you never know what she is going to say next! Kaci has an adult daughter, who also works in the title industry, and a ten year old son. She enjoys weekend gambling excursions to the casinos of Louisiana.

Kristen came on board in October 2019. She is a die-hard New Orleans Saints football fan. When not cheering on her favorite team, she also enjoys spending time listening to polka music and attending Czech fests.

Julia has been a member of the Bay City Abstract team since October 2013. Julia supports the team by ensuring all documents are properly indexed in order for the title examiners to complete their reports. Julia enjoys keeping busy with her family. They are never at a loss for having somewhere to go or a project to get involved in. 

Terry has been with Palacios Abstract since September 2015. She brought with her 13 years of experience in the title business. Palacios Abstract is a satellite closing office, yet Terry Lee is there fulltime to assist the clients in all aspects. If she can’t do it herself, she always knows who to contact to get the needed information to the clients.
